How do I order a package?
Choose a package on the Shop page and check out securely online. After your order we contact you by phone or email to confirm the scope and collect what we need to start. If you would rather ask first, use the Contact page.
What exactly do you offer?
Five social media advertising packages: Starter Ads, Social Media ads, Premium Growth, Multi-Platinum Ads and Full Funnel Maarketing. We also develop business software, web applications and mobile apps, and handle system integration; contact us to discuss a software project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe checkout, in Singapore dollars. Your card details are not stored on our site.
Is the ad budget included in the package price?
No. The package price covers our work: setup, ad creation, management, tracking and reporting, as listed for each package. The ad budget you spend on the platforms is not included and is paid separately by you.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 629 Aljunied Road, #08-10 Cititech Industrial Building, Singapore 389838. Our services are provided online, so please message us before visiting.
What do you need from me to get started?
After you order we will ask about your business, your products or services, the customers you want to reach and your goals. We will also arrange access to the social media pages and ad accounts the campaign will run on.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
It depends on the package. Starter Ads covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more. Larger packages add YouTube and LinkedIn, the multi-platform package adds X, and the full funnel package includes Google Ads. Each package page lists its platforms.
Are the prices one-time or monthly?
It differs by package. Starter Ads is S$500, one-time setup plus ad management. Social Media ads starts from S$880, one-time setup plus ad management. Premium Growth starts from S$1,000 per month with a minimum 3 months commitment. Multi-Platinum Ads starts from S$1,500 per month. Full Funnel Maarketing is S$2,000 per month. Ad budget is not included in any of them.
